I haven’t had much luck finding many beautiful Christmas windows this year. I don’t know if there are fewer or if I just haven’t been looking in the right places. Red always catches my eye so most of the photos I did get have that color in them. (I think I might have done a post of red at Christmas last year come to think of it.)

I liked this red candle. I have a green one burning in our apartment right now.

If I had a Christmas tree, I’d think about getting a few of these. We aren’t going to be in town this Christmas so didn’t buy a tree.

These little guys were in the window of a Russian shop in the Marais.

They always roll out a red carpet at Palais Royal and there are usually pine trees too but not this year.
Christmas windows and such have been very low key here, this year.
That’s funny about the Palais Royal not putting up the trees. I am going to Aix today, maybe there’ll be some nice windows there.
Love the reds. The bottom photo, although clearly European architecture, reminds me of Japanese architecture too.
