RE: Recommendation Letter of Linda Mathieu
Contact Linda at parisphototours@aol.com
My wife and I were planning our Christmas 2002 Vacation in Paris
this year and found Linda on the Internet at http://www.bparis.com/
under: “Paris Photo/Walking Tours”. We communicated
with her via e-mail before our trip to arrange a photographer’s
tour. We took our tour and what we got was way more than a photographer’s
tour… we got a personal tour of the very best highlights of
Paris and had made a wonderful friend in her. We liked Linda so
much that we called back for another day of “fun” and
“photography.”
We do a great deal of traveling around the world and we rate Linda
at the very top for not only a photographer’s tour but for
personal tours as well! Linda was extremely personable and was thoroughly
knowledgeable of the very best places of interest… many off
the beaten tourist path!
It is with extreme pleasure that we highly recommend Linda during
your visit to Paris for such tours. We guarantee that you will be
very pleased with her on all aspects of your tour, as well as, finding
her services very reasonably priced!
En Anvant!
Bon Jour…

Hi, my name is Pierre Gerardeau from Quebec.
A friend recommended www.parisphototours.com and I decided to
give it a try with my partner Geraldine.
First we took a walk with Linda who is the Marais expert. We saw
every street, nook and cranny and she pointed at the courtyards,
store signs, cafés, boutiques, churches, shortcuts etc. We
would have been lost without her. Day started at Place des Vosges
and ended at Hotel de Ville. One fun thing we learned with Linda
was to look for great photos found in reflections.
Two days later we took a walk with Christiane which was good too
but different. Chris speaks French and we spoke French and English
all day. She has been to Quebec a few times so we really had a lot
to talk about. We walked from Madeleine to Sacre Coeur and back
on a different route. We were on our knees when we finished the
day at Café Marly for sunset . She knows many fun stores
and we ended up spending more money than we wanted. She took photos
of us in the stores and had us pose for her in front of the love
wall. Geraldine already has that photo framed!
These women are fun. We would recommend them.

"Thank you so much, Linda, for all your help and information
and company. We absolutely could not have managed without you! We
look forward to returning to Paris at some other season of the year
and to having you show us more of the city."
"All in all, the whole trip was so exciting, and colorful.
Even in Paris, where we experienced a serious language barrier,
we managed to see so many sights, sit at cafes and just enjoy. One
of the highlights there was meeting Lindaand doing the tour."
"We want to thank you for the extraordinarily fun day we had
on our tour with you. What we learned about getting around Paris
with you set us up for the rest of our stay. We went far and wide
using every mode of travel. It was quite enjoyable exploring the
Paris environs. We shall certainly return to Paris, as we have so
much more to see; yet, because of you, we got to feel more of the
soul of the city. For this we are extremely grateful. I've told
everyone about our tour with you." (gbaskey@social.rr.com)
Linda, I wanted to let you know what a wonderful time we had on
our Paris Walking Tour with you (way back on Wed March 22nd!). It
really was the highlight of our trip!
We got back from Paris late Friday night. I just wanted to drop
you a quick email to thank you very much for hooking us up with
Linda for our DaVinci Code Walking tour last week. She was truly
wonderful & the walking tour was a highlight of the trip for
both my mom & myself. Thanks so much!
